PRADUAK TREE Blossom Honey:

19% Moisture Harvest is in March and only once a year from the northeast Thailand region. One of our most recent finds and an amazing honey which is from the Burmese Praduak wildflower blossom, its gentle, yet has a sophisticated floral aroma, its mild sweetness suits those who do not like a sharp sweet tasting honey. Truly a rare find. These are wildflowers that are not farmed. Is predominately Praduak nectar but we know it has minor trace elements of other jungle flora. Praduak wood is harvested to make orchestral percussion instruments.

AROMA: Wonderful sweet mono-floral aroma
TASTE: Amarena cherry, molasses's, horehound, herbal, orange citric, resinous pine, earthy, cotton candy & candied apricots.
SWEETNESS: Moderately sweet with a lingering palate finish.
