WILDFLOWER NECTAR HONEY:

19% Moisture (DEC 2019 HARVEST) Harvest is November to February from the cooler temperate climate of northeast Thailand. This is a predominately a 5 Multi-Floral nectar honey but we also know that bees are a curious lot and like to try new things hence it is a poly-floral honey which typically comes from wild jungle flower blossoms that are not farmed. This honey is a pre-season run up harvest right before the BITTERBUSH harvest. Natural foam at the top is normal for very fresh wildflower honeys they need time to settle.

TASTE: Light floral, marshmallow, apricot, cotton candy,
SWEETNESS: Neutral, very clean, moderate lingering on tongue and throat
